Become a Seller
1. Submit Seller Application
To become a seller on Tixflare, you need to submit a
(1) Partner Code or
(2) Identity Document for verification.
You only need to submit ONE of these to start selling.
Partner Code: If you have a Partner Code, you are already verified and do not need to provide identity documents.
Partner Codes are given to sellers with strong selling experience and a positive sales record on other platforms like Carousell, Telegram etc. You can Request a Partner Code at any time.
2. Verification Process
After submitting your Partner Code or Identity Document, we will process your seller application, usually within 1 business day.
3. Approval
Once your application is approved, you will receive an email notification. You can begin listing tickets on our platform.
Listing Tickets
1. Ticket Types
As of now, we only support the sale of E-ticket (PDF). We are looking to add more options such as Physical Tickets and Mobile Transfer, in the near future.
2. Create Single Listing
You can create a single listing via our user-friendly UI.
3. Add Multiple Ticket Listings using CSV Import
You can create up to 100 unique ticket listings at once by uploading a CSV file. Please download our sample CSV file from your seller listing dashboard.
4. Seat & Queue Numbers
We will NEVER reveal exact seat/queue numbers on our site. It is optional to enter your ticket's seat or queue numbers. However, in most cases providing this information may help your tickets sell faster.
5. Edit a Listing
You can edit the quantity and price of a listing directly on your listing dashboard.
6. Active / Inactive Listings
Active Listing: Your tickets are available for sale on our site.
In-active Listing: Temporarily hide your tickets from being displayed. Buyers cannot view or purchase tickets from inactive listings.
Important Note: When entering ticket quantity, ensure that all seat or queue numbers are consecutive.

Ticket Sales
1. Your Ticket Has Sold
You will receive an email when your tickets have sold. Reserve and upload the tickets promptly to avoid disruptions to your sale. Inform us immediately if you cannot fulfil the order by replying to the email.
2. Uploading Tickets
Complete your sale instantly by uploading your tickets. Our team will review your ticket upload and notify you once the tickets are delivered to the buyer.

4. Unable to Fulfil Order
If you are unable to fulfil an order, please inform us immediately; reply directly to the email notifying you of your sale, or contact us at sellersupport@tixflare.com
Note that you may be penalized for any additional costs we incur in sourcing replacement tickets to fulfil your sale.
5. Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel a sale, please inform us immediately; reply directly to the email notifying you of your sale, or contact us at sellersupport@tixflare.com

6. Deadline to Upload Tickets
Sellers are required to upload tickets for their order at least 5 days before the day of the event. Email reminders will be sent out to sellers to upload their tickets.
Note that your order may be cancelled and you may be penalized if the buyer fails to receive your ticket(s) in time for the event.
Payouts
1. Add Payout Method
You may either add a Bank Account or PayNow Number as your payout method. You can change your payout method at any time.
2. Payout Period
Payouts are processed within 1-2 business days after the event ends. Earnings are paid to the payout method in your seller account.
