Tixflare acts solely as an intermediary platform enabling Buyers and Sellers to connect. We do not own, sell, or control the tickets or other items listed on the platform. The contract for the sale of tickets is between the Buyer and Seller.
We are not responsible for:
- The existence, quality, legality, or authenticity of listed tickets.
- The truth or accuracy of users’ listings or content.
- The ability of Sellers to sell tickets or Buyers to complete purchases.
- Ensuring completion of any transaction.
3. Eligibility
To use our platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
- Abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
Tixflare reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or incomplete information or violate these Terms.
4. Account Responsibilities
4.1 Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

5. Buying and Selling on Tixflare
5.1 Buying Tickets
When purchasing tickets:
- Review the listing carefully before completing a transaction.
- Ensure you understand any restrictions associated with the tickets.
- All sales are final unless specified otherwise in the listing or required by applicable laws.
5.2 Selling Tickets
When listing tickets:
- Ensure your tickets are legitimate and accurately described.
- Specify all terms and conditions, including delivery methods and timelines.
- You are responsible for complying with all relevant laws regarding resale of tickets.
Tixflare reserves the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 Service Fees
Tixflare may charge fees for using certain features of the platform. Fees will be clearly disclosed at the time of transaction.
6.2 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
- Tixflare is not responsible for payment disputes between Buyers and Sellers.
6.3 Taxes
Sellers are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes associated with their transactions.
7. Prohibited Activities
By using Tixflare, you agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- Engage in illegal or prohibited ticket resale practices.
- Use automated systems to interact with the platform without authorization.
- Infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s functionality.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in suspension or termination of your account, and legal action where applicable.
8. Privacy and Data Usage
Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to our data collection practices.
9. User Content
When submitting content (e.g., reviews, listings) to Tixflare:
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.
- You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
Tixflare provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our platform.
10.2 Limitation of Liability
Tixflare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination
